Sun shelter
Shake out and remove sand before storing in carry bag. Don't store your shelter away if wet. Best drying method is to set it up. Cold hand wash in bucket only with minimal laundry biodegradable detergent. Do not use bleach of similar products. Do not tumble dry.
Do not iron.

The poles are under tension - avoid injury. We take no responsibility for damage due to mishandeling your shelter other than our instructions in our videos on this site. We take no responsibility for injury to you or others. Do not set-up if the breeze is greater than 22 knots (40 KM/H).
Beach Bag
Shake out and remove sand before storing sun shelter and poles in your bag. Don't store your shelter wet.
Cold hand wash in only with minimal laundry biodegradable detergent. Do not use bleach of similar products. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron.

After a day at the beach when carrying wet items, empty bag and hang out to dry before repacking sun shelter kit for longer periods.


Shelter Poles
Shake out and remove sand before storing in carry bag. Don't allow your shelter to collapse or skew when erect as this may damage poles.
Check ends of poles for splits, this indicates their longevity is compromised. Please contact us if this happens, as we would like to know and we will repair your pole section free of charge in the first year of purchase based upon use. It is recommended you purchase extra poles to carry as a backup, you don't want to be caught out.
